Mission & Vision

Leadership Training Center exists to evangelize and equip nationals to establish grace-oriented churches. Matthew 28:19, 20

LTC serves by:

  1. Going as Jesus went
  2. Seeing as Jesus saw
  3. Feeling as Jesus felt and
  4. Doing as Jesus did. (Mt.9:35-38)



Mission Statement: In order to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ, LTC partners with national and international churches to evangelize, equip and establish grace oriented churches wherever God directs us.


Strategy:

  1. Partnering with International and National Churches and Para-church organizations around the world in ministry activities.
  2. Training and equipping committed men and women for evangelism and Church planting through our training schools.
  3. By conducting seminars and short term training for the leaders of Women, Youth, Children and Pastors.
  4. Evangelism through free medical camps, Children camps, orphanages, free schools, Music schools and Guitar clubs.
  5. Door to door evangelism in collaboration with both national and international short term missionaries.
  6. ‘Catch them young’ to Christ through our Christian schools.
  7. Making Churches free from financial dependancy by introducing income generation projects and vocational trainings.
  8. Providing shelter and care for the marginalized and orphan children.

We invite both overseas and national churches to join us in this end time harvest of the Lord’s field. Above all we are dependent fully on God for all of our undertakings.
