Baptisms at Runiakote

Deonarayan Baraik, a humble and Ordinary beginning in 2008 :
Deonarayan Baraik is from Sonachandi Village near Bihar State, 40 kms away from Siliguri, a married man with 3 kids. A very young humble man with limited education yet responded to the high calling of God and without any reservation, he has been faring well in the ministry. His testimony had just reminded of the Lord’s call to Simon Peter and his brother Andrew , as Jesus walked by the Sea of Galilee and said in Mathew 4 :18-20, I will make you fishers of Men and they straightway left their nets and followed Him. This was the same story that has happened in his life and ministry. Presently, he has been supported by LTC Chapel, Siliguri.
Road map of his Church Planting :
1.Sonachandi Church – Break through in 2008, Door to Door Campaign with Team Americans,Medical Camp and Jesus Film Show. They have 8 baptized members.
2.Runiakote Church -Established in year 2010.13 Baptized members.
3.Factory Line, Sonachandi Tea Garden – Established in year 2011.3 Baptized members.
4.Kalyanpur Fellowship -Established in year 2011.6 Baptized members.

Baptisms in Pahargoomiah Area
Please join with us Praising God for His Mighty Works.
Under the able leadership of Ruben and his Team, 15 persons have been baptised at Pahargoomiah Area on 17th October 2010. Aunty Moala, Ms Wati and I had a privilege to minister and witness the believers testifying faith to the World.
Your prayer and financial support are not in vain. As the work of the Lord progresses and the kingdom of God expands among the Adivasis, we urge your church to kindly continue to pray and come up with financial support for the follow up evengelists. God is moving in Arunachal
This report is from one of the trainers in Arunachal – the English is a little hard to follow at times, however this man works hard in serving the Lord and taking the Gospel to dark places and needs our prayer support and encouragement. [Editor]
This is the picture how God is working in our field one family is widow they are betting by non christian because they accepted Christ,one is ten years evil spirit let him (demon posses) was heal,one is dci (Dynamic Churches International) trainer sharing his testimony,and one is DongRan village GB he accepted through dci practical evangelism.
Please pray for Arunachal field because there persecution last week we went to Dongran village through Longpha fellowship DCI practical term whole village accepted. And one tea garden house fellowship was started.
Here our field are reproducing. Through DCi training Nongtham Teagarden fellowship reproduce another Langban house fellowship. This is the through your prayer do pray continuously.
So please pray for camera and motorcycle.

Please help us in prayer because there is anti conversion Bill in Arunachal. We need thousands to pray about Yongkong and his team. We praise God that Yongkong and the team are strong. The only method to take Gospel to this land is through one to one discipleship. Yongkong has been doing this very actively through DCI materials. He needs one digital Cemera, one Motorbike and funds for DCI materials and for training and travelling. Yongkong even cover Myanamar. Please pray much about him.

After I got baptized in the year 2008 December, I was disciple by my local church Pastor on various area of Christian life and taught me several scripture passages and to mention a few 1 Peter 5:8 henceforth I got changed a lot better. I had completely surrendered and decided to equip myself through one year BTCP at Siliguri (LTC). I have leaned a lot through this training and my dedication and commitment to the service of the Lord has been deepened.
Peace, Joy and happiness ruled my whole life today and I am so glad to be serving the Lord .It’s my humble prayer request to all these who read my personal testimony to pray for me and my field.

My name is Suman Rai, from Assam Lingzey, East Sikkim. I am from a Hindu family background. Before I accepted Christ, I was not having any hope, peace and joy in my life. My father left us untimely so I too also longed and admired to die like him.
When I was in standard X, my School teacher shared me about the love of Christ and I accepted Christ, on 14 Th October, 2007. As a result of my profession in Christ, my family rejected me and they sent me out from my own house. It was difficult situations, no where that I could move on and rely upon.
Nevertheless, I ceased not sharing the Gospel to other and the Lord saved a family where I was invited to live with them and be a part of their family. That is the house that we are continuing our fellowship till today.
I have a privilege to come at LTC, Siliguri for a BTCP Course and graduated in January, 2010 and now I am a church Planter.
Pray for me and my ministry in Sikkim.

Profile of Horbin Marak, BTCP Student, 2009 Batch.
I am Horbin Marak from Assam State, North East India. I was born and brought up in a Christian family. Though, I was raised in the Christian family, I was not really interested in attending Church services. I joined the terrorist group for a while for no reason but just to be a typical person from the rest of our community. It led me to a bad habit of smoking and drinking.
After sometimes in the service of terrorist group, I got affected with Malaria and had been bed ridden for many months. One day an evangelist came and shared the word of God and prayed for me. He asked me whether I was willing to accept Christ or not and I said ‘’ Yes’’. God spoke to me from the Exodus 15:26 ‘’ I am the Lord your Healer ‘’. I took baptism on Third March, Nineteen hundred Ninety two.
I got peace and Joy when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Personal Savior. I have been serving since 2001, ministering among my people group. I had a privilege of attending one year BTCP Course at LTC, Siliguri and graduated this January, 2010.I have started a fellowship during my practical and we have 25 Baptized believers now.
