Prayer update from Bhutan

These are the words of Markus Mukhia from Bhutan, please join with us in praying and supporting his important, but very demanding, work in this Buddhist nation [Ed.].

“…here you will find some few pictures ongoing construction…i took some recent pictures of our Fellowship in Tsirang as well as newly built house. The house was already completed before several months ago BUT I was delayed to update you because of NO camera to take pics, anyways I managed to do it by now.so have a glance for your references & records.

Please do pray for one of old woman in my field that she has recently accepted Christ as her personal saviour & Lord…BUT she is suffering from physical paralytic since 2003. She desperately need Jesus to Heal & save her eternally.her husband is orthodox hindu (Local doctor) Black Magician. He denies the gospel & prevent others from being preached. In fact,if He come to Christ then that whole village will be Transformed. so we do covet yours all continuous prayers.

…Above all I really do Express our heartfelt Gratitudes for your Financial supports for constructing this Church cum residence house block, which was the great need for us before. we all rejoice & give Glory to GOD for HIS timely provisions.

Please pray for;

> the new souls (unbelievers, those who have not heard the gospel).

>new believers for their spiritual growth,

>the political situation,(political leaders & religious leaders,monks….)

>for the ministry to be effective as Christian Leaders Teamwork & Networking for the unreached & remote areas.

>for the ministry needs.(Financial supports/income re-generation resources to be established asap).

Baptisms in Pahargoomiah Area

Please join with us Praising God for His Mighty Works.

Under the able leadership of Ruben and his Team, 15 persons have been baptised at Pahargoomiah Area on 17th October 2010. Aunty Moala, Ms Wati and I had a privilege to minister and witness the believers testifying faith to the World.

Your prayer and financial support are not in vain. As the work of the Lord progresses and the kingdom of God expands among the Adivasis, we urge your church to kindly continue to pray and come up with financial support for the follow up evengelists. Together we can plant many more churches for the Lord !

Please continue to pray for the spiritual growth of these new believers.

Arunachal Update

This update is from Peter Kashung:

Please help us in prayer because there is anti conversion Bill in Arunachal. We need thousands to pray about Yongkong and his team. We praise God that Yongkong and the team are strong. The only method to take Gospel to this land is through one to one discipleship. Yongkong has been doing this very actively through DCI materials. He needs one digital Cemera, one Motorbike and funds for DCI materials and for training and travelling. Yongkong even cover Myanamar. Please pray much about him.

Mission Exposure Programmes

One of the great joys of being at Leadership Training Centre (LTC) is seeing men and women who come for our mission exposure programmes having their lives and perspectives changed. In the last few weeks a number have come including the two pictured below.
The first  first picture is the Khasiram Ao baptist church women from Nagaland and the second one is Maram Naga Baptist women from Manipur. Both teams came to LTC for missions exposure program. Both teams became so moved by the power of God for missions. At the end of the program they picked one evangelist each to financially sponsor.
After going back home they mobilised other others too and now they are going to sponsor two more evangelists.
