Location
Ministries of LTC are operated through three centers, located at Siliguri (West Bengal), Imphal (Manipur) and Lucknow (Uttar Predesh).
Lucknow center was recently established (1st July 2007). LTC ministries have expanded in five countries and 16 states of India.
